Here is a sample of services that are available in a regular cleaning.

Residential Services

Floors

Vacuum all carpeted floors
Sweep and mop all remaining floors including hard wood floors
Wipe down all moldings as needed paying special attention to areas near vents.

Vents/radiators

Dust vents and radiators (deep cleaning of radiators available for those with allergies.)(Nominal fee applies)

Windows

Wash inside of all windows. We will wash tilt in windows as needed, and depending upon season/weather. We do not charge extra for this services.

Kitchen

Clean and disinfect exterior surfaces of refrigerator.
Clean and disinfect all kitchen counters and splash boards.
Clean and disinfect exterior of range and stove top.
Clean and disinfect exterior of kitchen cabinets.
Clean and disinfect exterior of trash cans.
Clean and disinfect microwave inside and out.
Clean and disinfect kitchen tables, polish, if wood.
Wash windows

Bathrooms

Clean and disinfect bathtub/shower stall
Clean and disinfect sink and surrounding counter.
Clean and disinfect toilet.
Clean and disinfect floor.
Wipe down walls.
Wash windows

Livingroom/Family Room

Dust all wood surfaces, tables, lamps, door jams, woodwork, window sils, desks, book cases
Wash interior of windows
For regular clients (Weekly/Biweekly) we will periodically move furniture to clean under, and cleaning under couch cushions

Bedrooms

Dust all stands, dressers, and chests.
Make beds, change linens if provided.
Wash windows
For weekly or biweekly customers we will periodically clean under furniture to the best of our ability to remove dust.

Trash

Pull all trash and replace trash bags.
Disinfect trash cans

Deep cleaning of radiators - For Those With Allergies $5-10 radiator - depending on size.

1-2 Bedroom Home or Apartment $65-85 depending upon frequency. size=3>Senior Discounted Rate - $55-75 for a 1-2 Bedroom Apartment.

3 Bedroom Home or Apartment $70-95+
4 Bedroom Home or Apartment $85-110+ depending on size of home and frequency of visits. For homes over 3000 square feet call or complete estimate form for exact rate.
